Meghan Markle: Pregnant Duchess takes SOLO trip overseas - Where has she gone?

US Weekly reports she later wandered into a baby store called Bonpoint to peruse some items for her first child with Prince Harry, due in less than two months.

This weekend, Meghan visited the Ladurée restaurant and bakery in Manhattan's SoHo neighborhood, a source confirmed to E!

The visit - her first to NY since her wedding to Prince Harry past year - is said to have been planned months ago.

In October past year, the Sunday Times had reported that the two were considering a formal division of their joint royal household, which is based at Kensington Palace, and the creation of separate courts to reflect their "increasingly different responsibilities".

The brothers will operate through separate staff and communication teams, a move seen as a way for them to seek out a more independent path from each other in terms of their charity work and royal duties. The outlet also suggests the split could "help ease the reported tensions between the brothers and their wives", -although this is merely speculation.

Sources say her BFF Jessica Mulroney is overseeing the party, which is set to take place Tuesday at a hotel on the Upper East Side. The separate units are being rejoined into one large home for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex (and their baby).

News that Prince William and Prince Harry are all set to split their household within weeks, thus confirming a new Sunday Times report about the same.

A day before making the trip back to the United States, Meghan enjoyed a quiet Valentine's Day with her husband at their cottage within Kensington Palace.

Of course, it was on the royal tour the couple revealed they were expecting their first child together.
