Five family members, including toddler, found shot to death in Texas

"Troopers from the Texas Highway Patrol and deputies arrived on scene discovering multiple victims from apparent gunshot wounds", said Sheriff Ken Hammack via his Facebook page for the sheriff's office.

Three people were found dead outside the house and two were found inside, officials said. Officials identified the victims to KHOU as Carlos Delaney, 74, Linda Delaney, 72, their daughter, Ashley Delaney, 27, her husband, Randy Horn, 54, and their 15-month-old daughter, Ranley. The child's identity wasn't immediately released.

Childers would not say whether any of the deaths are believed to be suicide, but confirmed police are not seeking a suspect and there's no risk to the public. Delaney's mother alleges that she woke up to loud noises outside her bedroom and called her son in angst.
