Nasukawa Responds To McGregor

Love him or hate him, Conor McGregor sure knows how to keep his name in the headlines.

The fight, scheduled for three three-minute rounds, with Mayweather, 41, did a quick work of his foe Nasukawa.

UFC superstar Conor McGregor revealed his "wish" for 2019 by making it known that he intends to fight kickboxing sensation Tenshin Nasukawa.

The Irishman tweeted: "I wish to go to Tokyo to face Tenshin Nasukawa in a Mixed Martial Arts exhibition bout".

Unlike the fight against Mayweather, Nasukawa laid out exactly how he'd want to fight McGregor, with rules that may not fly with the "Champ Champ".

A fight against Tenshin Nasukawa though is a very interesting offer from McGregor nonetheless.

McGregor fought Mayweather in a boxing bout, losing in the 10th round after a tense fight in April a year ago.

He also tagged the UFC and his management team at Paradigm Sports. "Yours sincerely The champ champ".

The former UFC lightweight and featherweight champion followed up that tweet with an even more freaky post, declaring himself the real Django and seemingly calling for no rules. The penalty could include a fine and a temporary or even permanent suspension from fighting activities.

Floyd Mayweather beat Tenshin Nasukawa at RIZIN 14 on December 31st from the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan.

"I will fight my RISE world GP this year so please watch your diet and wait for me!".

Do you think that, if a deal that is favorable for both fighters can be reached, we could see McGregor and Nasukawa fight this year?
