Emily Blunt and Lin-Manuel Miranda Perform 22 Musicals in 12 Minutes

Blunt, Miranda, and Corden belted out 22 musicals in 12 minutes, performing tracks from "Hairspray", "Mamma Mia!", "Dreamgirls", "La La Land" and others.

Emily Blunt has told how she has put her own stamp on the role of Mary Poppins - introducing sassy and raunchy sides to the magical nanny.

"Anyone who watches this show knows how much I love musicals", Corden began at the top of the segment.

The trio kicked things off with Cabaret, keeping things relatively calm with a basic song and dance number. Miranda's standout moments, meanwhile, came with the bits for Singin' in the Rain, Les Misérables, and Once.

Blunt and Corden reprised their song "It Takes Two" from "Into the Woods".

Also vying for audiences' attention is Disney's Mary Poppins Returns, which opened in theaters on December 19.

The trio performed snippets of songs from almost two dozen musicals including Annie, Dreamgirls, Evita, Cabaret, Hairspray, and more. An understated Once immediately transitioned into a green screen-inspired Fame, followed by Gentlemen Prefer Blondes.
