Puel concerned for Amartey after horror injury

Leicester avoided a third successive English Premier League defeat after a late equalizer from Wilfred Ndidi rescued a 1-1 draw with West Ham at King Power Stadium on Saturday. However, Puel would not be drawn on that, saying: "I can't have an opinion".

It is not clear who was on board the helicopter or what condition those impacted are in.

"So, in the last four games, in three of them, I agree we are playing well and improving, but also in three of those last four games we didn't score goals, so something is missing".

"They're a Premier League side, though, and every one of them has got good players, so we know we'll need to perform really well to beat them".

West Ham took the lead against Leicester through Fabian Balbuena, but were reduced to ten men when Mark Noble was dismissed.

"Claude Puel is set to take a huge gamble by dropping Jamie Vardy for Saturday's game against West Ham, as the Leicester manager fights for his future". Naturally, there is no information on that situation for blatant reasons; yet, Vardy declared himself fit in an Instagram post following a stomach bug.

Ndidi's equaliser was cruel on West Ham, with Pellegrini full of praise for the way his team defended.

With Leicester chasing the game, Puel introduced Vardy for the start of the second half, with Rachid Ghezzal making way, and the striker flicked a header wide.

"We continue to work on defending and we're improving a lot".

Roberto Pereyra scored a goal of the season contender for Watford, as they beat Huddersfield 3-0, a result, which means the Terriers drop to the bottom of the table.

"If you saw the game against Tottenham (last weekend), the team that maybe created more chances and deserved to win was our team, but we didn't. Leicester is always a hard stadium to win in".
