A gunman has shot and killed five people before turning the gun on himself in southern California.

A gunman in Southern California fatally shot his ex-wife and a man at a trucking company before chasing after another man, killing him, and then driving to a home where he shot dead a father and daughter in a almost 40-minute rampage.

The tragedy began Wednesday afternoon at a trucking business, where the attacker used a handgun to shoot and kill his wife and another man.

The gunman then started to flee the area and entered a nearby residence, where he shot and killed two more people.
