Xbox One X deals lead the charge in Microsoft’s E3 sale

If you don't have an Xbox One console at all, you can also get $50 off both 1TB bundles and the 500GB Xbox One S. The 500GB console doesn't come with anything extra, but there is a variety of 1TB packages to choose from, depending on the store. Although the sale won't start till Thursday, June 7, we've got the lowdown on the deals you should watch out for - and a few you should skip. The sale will feature the first-ever Xbox One X discount and will look to capitalize on the announcements for the Xbox One at E3 2018.

E3 2018 kicks off in about a week, and if you were waiting for Xbox to unveil some sales before purchasing a new system, you made the right choice. While that's definitely a solid deal, the Xbox One X has dropped as low as $420 at Rakuten on more than one occasion.

Many games will be discounted over 75 percent off retail price, and there'll be first-time discounts for more than 300 games. The company will also offer $10 off select controllers.

Although subscription numbers aren't available we do know that Xbox Game Pass is now available in over 40 markets across the globe. In addition to these discounts, price cuts on games like Monster Hunter World, Sea of Thieves, and PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds are on their way as well. The full discounted games list will be revealed once the sale begins.

First time Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass subscribers will be able to secure a single month-long subscription of either service for $1.

You should also expect to see Ori and the Will of the Wisps, the new Forza, and, most interestingly of all, Gears of War. If you have NBN (with good speeds) then installing and uninstalling games is an easy, relatively fast process.
